About the Baker
From a young age I have found joy in the miracle of baking; in the snowy peaks of a beaten egg white, the dark glow of melting chocolate. My mom, sister, and I have always been in charge of providing event cakes: for every celebration, every friend’s birthday, every neighbor's gathering — each handcrafted cake arriving to fill the occasion with sweetness and love.
As a teen I adored running a small business fulfilling cake orders out of our home on Cowper Street. I let it rest after a year and went off to study at Brown. Back in the Bay now, I work in solar development, and spend my free moments either enjoying nature or creating in my kitchen. Baking is what I love to do, and cakes are what I love to share.
Every cake I create is made with care and attention to detail. I focus on a thoughtfully curated set of flavors, where traditional techniques meet a modern aesthetic. Designs are a celebration of simplicity and nature-inspired beauty.

At the heart of every cake I create is a commitment to quality. I use all organic ingredients. Dairy and egg products are sourced locally. I even know some of the producers directly from working at the farmer’s market! I love to feel directly connected to, and trusting of, my ingredients. Fresher and more flavorful ingredients mean fresher and more flavorful cakes!
My designs are inspired by the directness and simplicity of nature, focusing on modern and minimalist decoration that highlights the cake's quality.
